Peninsular Malaysia : 1 – 2 business day with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.

Q: How can I get my shipping information?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will sent you an email and thru no telefone containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times. Return Policy

The returned goods or products will be verified together with the receipt and the goods should also present to be in a good condition. The item should be in the original condition in the original packaging . In case the good or product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will no refund for the purchase. The Vape 69 will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods or products, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.

**In regards to any arrival country that banned e-cig product, it will always subject to buyers risk. Once parcel has left Malaysia, we are no longer responsible or able to tolerate with any charge back cases.
**There is no refund due to clearance issue such as confiscated by autorithies and rejected by the government of an importer’s country.
